sizes=\"(max-width: 1100px) 100vw, 1100px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After three days of intense activity at the <strong>Instituto Ferial de Vigo (IFEVI)<\/strong>, and with an attendance of over 26,000 visitors from 110 different countries, Inlet concludes a record-breaking edition of the<strong> International Frozen Seafood Exhibition<\/strong> organized by <strong>CONXEMAR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This year, we shared the venue with more than 750 exhibitors, once again enjoying a privileged location where we joined forces with members of the <strong>Maruha Nichiro Group<\/strong>, primarily with our colleagues from <strong>Seafood Connection<\/strong> from the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6015\" 1100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1100px) 100vw, 1100px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once again, following the success of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inlet.es\/noticias\/inlet-conxemar-2022-gourmet\/\">Conxemar 2022<\/a>, we were joined by Miguel L\u00f3pez, a chef trainer at the <em>CdT de Castell\u00f3<\/em> and the <em>Federaci\u00f3n de Hosteler\u00eda de Valencia<\/em>, who presented a new gastronomic proposal featuring outstanding products from our stock, allowing clients and suppliers to see creative solutions and cooking alternatives up close.<\/p>\n<p>We concluded the Conxemar Fair with our minds set on the possible challenges that lie ahead for the next edition, which will be held from October 1 to 4, 2024, at IFEVI, coinciding with the <strong>25th anniversary of Conxemar<\/strong>, established as one of the most important events in the
