After 2 years of waiting due to the global pandemic of Covid-19, the International Frozen Seafood Exhibition of Conxemar reopened its event in person and with an obvious loss of public due for still persistent prevention and mobility measures between countries and regions.

In this edition we moved to another area since we expanded the exhibition meters. We established circuits and disinfection and cleaning points within the stand itself, and placed our colleagues from Seafood Connection and members of the Maruha Nichiro Group in our space.

As novelties, we present a new line of sushi (maki, california-rolls and nigiris) completely made, frozen and free of raw product. The main advantage of this new product is the possibility of defrosting in the microwave in simple steps with optimal point of the rice. In just 10 minutes you have the product ready for consumption. Currently under development, this product is expected to become soon part of our range.

Our attendance during the event was as usual, an environment where we feel comfortable after 22 consecutive attendances and, each year, we have been gaining prominence, both in meters of exhibition and in visits received.
