In a year complicated by the health situation, we faced the renewal of our certification as IFS BROKER with the confidence of a job well done and after a year of implementation of processes and improvements for the company’s network operation.
Is a important process to achieve the highest quality and excellence in service, thus, during the month of September we successfully concluded the audit that certifies us as IFS BROKER with a rating of 95.92%.
This standard focuses on the safety and quality of the products, verification and guarantee of the appropriate measures for the service offered, and offering peace of mind to customers, operators and suppliers of being in line with the quality and safety requirements of the product.
In our quest to achieve continuous improvement, all the suppliers we work with have different quality certifications. However, some of them may not have IFS certification and are in the process of obtaining it.
