It is considered one of the fish with the lowest fat content. It provides all the essential amino acids, its vitamin content stands out, providing vitamin A and B vitamins (B1, B2 and B3).
Its mineral load presents high levels of potassium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus, so it can be considered an ideal product for any diet.
