This fish is a great source of omega 3 fatty acids. It is also especially rich in DHA and EPA fats, which together with the presence of magnesium and selenium make it a recommendable product to aid the functions of the heart.
It contains proteins and vitamins, of which vitamin E (a powerful antioxidant) stands out, and those of group B (such as B12, which aids circulation).
