The International Frozen Seafood Exhibition, CONXEMAR, reopened its doors with great public attendance, especially the first two days of the exhibition, and with the expansion planned at full capacity.

Located in the traditional central area of the Expo, with our partners from Seafood Connection and members of the Maruha Nichiro Group, we realized for the first time, and thanks to Miguel Gómez, chef-trainer at the CdT of Castelló and the Hostelry Federation of Valencia, a showcooking of our products, offering creative solutions and gastronomic alternatives to the traditional cooking methods of our references.

On the other hand, during the three days of exhibition, strengthened our retail products along with the extensive Sushi Experience catalogue. To the raw materials for the realization of oriental food, we add the new format of unitary packaging of the California Roll (that we presented in the last edition), or the different recipes of Gyozas.

Always pleasant to be at the most important Fair in the frozen seafood sector in Spain, which closed its 23rd edition with record attendance and exposure area.
